These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VIBE – AI Video Generator(the “App”) and the website at soraaivideo.app (the “Site”), provided by Rocket Digital AI. By downloading, accessing or using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract and meet the minimum age required by your local laws and the applicable app store. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
The service
VIBE is an AI video generator app that helps you create AI videos from prompts, photos, images and creative ideas using multiple AI video model styles, including Sora 2-style workflows where supported. Features and model availability may change and may vary by app version, region, provider access and product configuration.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, images and prompts you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us and our processing providers a limited license to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to provide the generation features you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
AI-generated output
The App produces AI-generated video ideas, clips and visual concepts (“Output”). Output may vary depending on your input image, prompt quality, selected model, style, motion settings and video settings. Output is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. If you plan to use Output commercially, you must review the App’s licensing details and any applicable third-party model and platform rules before publishing or monetizing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App or Site to:
- create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful or harmful;
- generate non-consensual, deceptive or impersonating media of real individuals;
- violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or its providers; or
- break any law or third-party platform rules.
Third-party models & trademarks
Model names and model-style descriptions are referenced for search clarity and user understanding only. VIBE is not the official app of any model provider and is not endorsed by or partnered with OpenAI, Google, Google DeepMind, or any other provider unless expressly stated. “Sora” and “Sora 2” and other model names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Purchases & subscriptions
Any paid features are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms. Renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the applicable store’s policies.
Disclaimers
The App and Site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any Output will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App or Site.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the App at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
