This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with VIBE – AI Video Generator(the “App”) and the website at soraaivideo.app (the “Site”). By using the App or Site, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Content you provide. When you create AI videos, you may upload photos, images or text prompts. This content is processed to generate your video clips. Inputs and outputs may be processed by third-party AI model providers that power generation features.
Usage & device data. We may collect app version, device type, operating system, general region, crash logs and basic interaction events to keep the App reliable and improve features.
Account & purchases. If you create an account or buy a subscription, billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Website analytics
The Site uses privacy-friendly analytics including Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and which links (such as App Store and Google Play download buttons) are clicked. These measurements are aggregated and used to improve the Site. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use information
To provide AI video generation; to operate, secure and improve the App and Site; to understand feature usage; to provide support; and to comply with legal obligations.
AI model providers
VIBE includes multiple AI video model styles. To generate videos, your prompts and uploaded media may be sent to third-party model providers for processing. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and policies. Model availability may vary by app version, region and provider access.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the App and Site (such as hosting, analytics and AI processing), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age required by your local laws and applicable app store guidelines. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices & rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage permissions (such as photo access) in your device settings, and contact us to exercise applicable rights.
International users
